Parent Survival is operated by Parent Survival Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of the Parent Survival website and platform at parentsurvival.co.uk.
By accessing or using Parent Survival you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Nothing on the platform should be treated as professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, educational or legal advice. Always seek appropriate professional support when needed.
Parent Survival is currently in beta. This means:
You must be aged 18 or over to use Parent Survival. By using the platform you confirm that you are 18 or over.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at lucy@parentsurvival.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Parent Survival is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for any decisions you make based on content from the platform, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of Parent Survival.
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
