Parent Survival is a parenting support platform designed to help parents and carers understand everyday family challenges, discover practical things to try and learn from the experiences of other families.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a product or membership, or participate in Parent Survival community features.
Parent Survival is intended for parents, carers and other adults responsible for children. It is not designed for children to use independently.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account and login details secure.
Parent Survival provides tools and resources that may include: family and parenting check-ins; personalised insights; suggested next steps and practical strategies; Challenge Playbooks and other digital resources; information about approaches other parents have found helpful; progress tracking and saved content; community features, including Circles; newsletters, podcasts and editorial content; free and paid membership features.
Some Parent Survival features may use artificial intelligence and automated systems to personalise or generate information based on what you tell us.
We may develop, add, change or remove features as Parent Survival evolves. If a change materially affects something you have paid for, we will act reasonably and in accordance with your consumer rights.
Parent Survival provides practical parenting information and support. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal or other professional advice.
Every child and family is different. Information and suggestions provided through Parent Survival, including personalised and AI-assisted guidance and experiences shared by other parents, may not be appropriate for every child or situation.
You are responsible for deciding whether a suggestion is appropriate for your family.
If you are concerned about a child's physical or mental health, development, safety or wellbeing, you should seek appropriate advice from a qualified professional.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger or there is a medical emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.
Some Parent Survival features are available free of charge.
We may change which features are included in our free service or introduce reasonable usage limits as Parent Survival develops.
We will not retrospectively charge you for something that was offered to you for free.
Parent Survival may sell individual digital products, including Challenge Playbooks, guides, programmes and other resources for a one-off price.
The price and what is included will be clearly displayed before you purchase.
A one-off purchase does not create a recurring subscription unless this is expressly stated before purchase.
Where a digital product is supplied immediately after purchase, we may ask you to expressly agree to receive the content immediately and acknowledge how this affects any statutory cancellation rights you would otherwise have.
Digital products are provided for your personal and household use. They may not be copied, resold, publicly distributed or commercially exploited without our permission.
Parent Survival may offer monthly, annual or other recurring memberships.
Before you subscribe, we will clearly tell you: the price of the membership; how often you will be charged; what is included; when your first payment will be taken; whether any introductory or trial period applies; how and when your subscription renews; how to cancel.
Unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase, paid memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
By starting a recurring membership, you authorise Parent Survival and our payment provider to charge the applicable membership fee to your chosen payment method on each renewal date.
We will provide confirmation of your subscription electronically.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Parent Survival does not directly store your complete payment-card details.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information.
If a recurring payment fails, Stripe or Parent Survival may attempt to collect the payment again and may ask you to update your payment method.
Access to paid membership features may be paused if payment remains outstanding.
You can cancel your Parent Survival membership at any time.
You can manage or cancel your membership through the Manage Membership section of your Parent Survival account.
There is no cancellation fee.
Once you cancel, no further renewal payments will be taken. Unless your statutory rights require otherwise, you will continue to have access to your paid membership until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Cancelling a paid membership does not automatically delete your Parent Survival account or information associated with it.
Nothing in these Terms limits the cancellation, refund or other rights you have under UK consumer law.
Depending on what you purchase, you may have a statutory cooling-off period.
Where you purchase digital content that is made available immediately, we may ask you at checkout to expressly consent to receiving that content straight away and to acknowledge how immediate access affects your statutory cancellation rights.
Where a statutory cooling-off or cancellation right applies to a membership or other service, Parent Survival will honour that right.
If a product is faulty, not as described, has not been supplied correctly or you otherwise have a statutory right to a refund, these Terms do not affect that right.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have a problem with a purchase, contact lucy@parentsurvival.co.uk.
We may change the price of Parent Survival memberships from time to time.
If we change the price of an existing recurring membership, we will tell you in advance and explain when the new price will apply.
You will have the opportunity to cancel your membership before being charged the new price.
A price change will not affect a one-off purchase you have already completed.
Some Parent Survival features require an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.
Accounts are intended for personal or household use and should not be shared publicly.
If you believe somebody has gained unauthorised access to your account, contact lucy@parentsurvival.co.uk.
Parent Survival may allow parents and carers to share experiences, suggestions, comments and other content.
We want these spaces to be useful, supportive and safe. You must not post content that: is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing or unlawful; deliberately provides false or misleading information; unnecessarily identifies or exposes another person or child; contains personal information about another person without appropriate permission; promotes dangerous or unlawful behaviour; infringes another person's intellectual property rights; contains spam, unauthorised advertising or commercial promotion.
You should be particularly careful about sharing identifiable or sensitive information about children.
We may moderate, restrict or remove content where we reasonably believe this is necessary to protect our users, children, Parent Survival or the integrity of the service.
We may suspend or close accounts following serious or repeated breaches of these rules.
Parent Survival may collect and use anonymised or aggregated feedback to help parents understand what other families have tried and found useful.
Experiences shared by other parents do not guarantee that the same approach will work for you or your child.
Where we publish statistics about what parents have found helpful, we will aim to provide sufficient context to understand the information, including sample sizes where appropriate.
You retain ownership of content you submit to Parent Survival.
Where you choose to contribute content for sharing with other Parent Survival users, you give Parent Survival Ltd permission to host, display, reproduce and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the service.
We may use anonymised or aggregated information to understand parenting challenges, improve Parent Survival and identify approaches that parents report as helpful.
How we collect, use and protect personal information is explained separately in our Privacy Policy.
The Parent Survival name, branding, website, software, Playbooks, written materials, graphics, methodology and other original content belong to Parent Survival Ltd or its licensors.
You may use Parent Survival materials for your own personal and household use.
You may not reproduce, sell, license, publish, distribute or commercially exploit our content without our permission.
We aim to keep Parent Survival available and working reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may occasionally suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, technical issues or improvements.
Parent Survival is an evolving product and its features may change over time.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Parent Survival does not guarantee that any particular parenting strategy, suggestion, personalised recommendation or approach will produce a particular result.
Subject to your statutory rights, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You may stop using Parent Survival at any time.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe someone has seriously or repeatedly breached these Terms, misused Parent Survival, created a risk to other users or children, or acted unlawfully.
Where reasonably possible, we will explain why action has been taken.
Ending an account does not affect rights or obligations that arose before the account was closed.
We may update these Terms as Parent Survival develops or where laws, regulations or our services change.
If a change materially affects your paid membership or your rights, we will give you reasonable notice where required.
The latest version of these Terms will always be available on the Parent Survival website, together with the date they were last updated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the laws applicable where you live.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising your statutory consumer rights.
